I know. It’s hard to stay motivated when we’re constantly bombarded with family, work, and life in general. We’re always being exposed to all kinds of stimulus and it never stops. Ads on the radio, television, billboards, smart phones, lap tops, friends or family, etc. Text messages going off. Facebook notifications always alerting you. Maybe it’s hard to get up in the mornings. Or the afternoon is too busy and now it’s evening. A great way to stay motivated is goal setting. And, an even better way, is having an accountability partner(s) or group. Make that journey together. As a Beachbody Coach I love helping others achieve their goals. Serving as their accountability partner or designing a private Facebook Group for our Beachbody Challenges.
I want to keep this short and sweet and tell you: Keeping pushing play for the at home workouts. Keep pushing yourself to reach your fitness goals. Maybe it’s a nutritional goal. It doesn’t matter, maybe it’s a goal to play an instrument. Keep reciting that goal, make an end date for that goal. Get there. Forget the negativity and surround yourself with positive people. Make that hard choice. Sometimes it’s a choice you don’t want to make but, it’s the right choice. Have a great week.
